Very, very poor form….releasing this AFTER the shareholder raise close of today at 5pm.
In essence, WKT still require the SLBC (which they have struggled to attain) - the bank will not consider the alternative presented. Nor, after near on 5 months now, will or have the bank confirmed what additional collateral they will require.
