I don't agree @Rodeoshow. My reading of this is that I believe ISX directors didn't expect ASX to wrack up 3x the legal costs of ISX's legal costs with a promise of much more to come. ISX had no choice but to take ASX to court considering its bogus statement of reasons and the fact that ASX had indicated it would never let ISX list again. I suspect that since the business is now stable and out of danger of ASX and ASIC it is not so important what happens to SP1 in Australia - especially since from all indications shareholders will get a good return from the European business. I believe the only value in going the distance in the courts here is to expose ASX's hypocrisy and perhaps create change. Yes, there is a significant return if we win, but I am convinced, considering the state of the economy and ASX's place at the center of our financial system that no one would let ASX's reputation get ruined.
I trust ISXFEU and SP1 management and do not feel we have or will be lied to.
