CQE was trading at the most modest discount to NTA out of many of the REIT's that i follow, so in my view it has the most to fall vs peers.
Eg- This time last month CQE was only at a ~10% discount to NTA which at the same time CLW was trading at ~28% discount to NTA (very similar funds). Fast forward a month CQE trading at ~27% of NTA vs CLW trading at 36% discount.
I dare say CQE has a little more to drop to put it in line with others comparitve REIT's discounts to NTA.
