    Ok I read that court paper, but my head is spinning now...

    Let's say EMS loses the case and the defendants keep their shares.

    What are the implications? What is going to happen? What are the consequences?

    I read about voting rights. Why is this important? What can worst case happen if ems loses these voting rights?
