Thats a naive and ignorant comment. These good are restricted, ie not directly avialble for sale to the public, and the directors should have known about the restrictions on representng them through advertising.
Once again, we see how unprofessional and inept these clowns running public companies are. Simply too lazy to read what was given them. Yep, the TGA would have given them all the infor with their licence.
