not sure why Optus should have your driver's licence and passport anyway. It is just a telephone company. Why is it important. This check ID thing is obsessive. Jus got an email from the guv'mint saying I have to get a directors number. all of the above plus a bank account and tax notice of assessment. God' knows what the hackers can do with all of this. why not just give us a director's number. FFS
