Contribute to Coldry development for local use,now that would be a major milestone for ECT.
perhaps Kos should have a meeting with Alan Gransberg ,managing director of Alcoa and discuss how part of the 200 million dollars of government funding and subsidies per year recieved by Alcoa for energy efficiency development and reduction of carbon emissions,may be used for developing coldry for local use.
LYP MAY CONTRIBUTE if government subsidies are received?
March 30th conference,Batchelor 6 billion dollars commitment by Tincom ,brown coal usage in Victoria secured.
