Shooting the breeze on ADO, page-2358

This company has had enough time now, no more just plodding along doing this and that....paying wages with funds raised from shareholders....time to Commercialise ..
..I'm getting fed up with paying for wages now and not seeing significant income generated....I will convert all my options, but that's it....no more paying wages for people who are not commercially performing....Management get the he'll on with it....get deals done and generate the significant income for the company....do the job we are paying you to do...
