Didn't they also say earlier in the year that they were in the process of updating the website but we as shareholders would be informed prior to it being launched (I.e. The content was price sensitive)?
To me it sounds like they are trying to buy time by saying they want the new CEO to lead the way. It's a website not a business plan. The new appointment would probably be the least qualified to dictate what to put on the website. Wouldn't this be best done by the current management team that understand the company and its technology.
Regardless, the fact that they refuse to update the current website in the interim shows a lack of care towards shareholders.
