CEO's never get sacked, they always generally, 'step down.' They don't lose face and it's cleaner for all concerned.

With regards to emailing ASM, don't waste your time! We are underlings in the scheme of things and ASM can't do much do combat shorters, all they need to focus on is producing good financial success as that is the best way to get them to bugger off. This has occurred to many companies over the years, eg. it happened to Lynas whilst they were setting things up, it happened to FMG when they had debt up to their eyeballs and took time to produce consistent profits. I hung in there for both of them over the long term and are now reaping the rewards on both. I'm hoping to do the same with ASM.
