Well as I see it when the announcement first hits the ASX they do not allow it to be accessed until 20 minutes later . It gives them time to make sure that the announcement was not misleading. I do not know of any good reason for the delay from when the consolidation was first mentioned until it was announced re the dates along with the name change Towie
