The only thing is that if you read the dates for their sales, and amount of shares sold - their last transaction was on Thursday March 25th. They sold just over a million shares - but there were nearly 9 million shares changing hands that day. And their notice doesn't include Friday March 26th, when there were around 8 million shares sold.
So it's not just them selling.
