There is a big difference between being on a Government tender (amongst many others) list to actual meaningful sales. If you aren't in the health sector, then sales are unlikely to that high. Prisons, education and similar sectors are likely to subcontract relevant services out, so they are under price pressure and would go with the best value options to maximise their profits. .

I would like to see proof that the magic spray is actually on the IGA shelves and what the retail price is.

Although you would like to think that the SP rise is from sales, I think an objective person would look at the dwindling cash balance and the LDA capital agreements and put 2 and 2 together.
