    Ohhh my bad. I totally admit I read that wrong, my apologies to all.

    Still not sure a pay rise of this size is warranted though, did some checks just now on other non-exec directors. It seems non exec chairman might be entitled to 100-150K (x1 for BML = coombs) but other non-execs seem to be around the 40-50K mark each (x2 = monti & parker). I think the current 200K in aggregate is sufficent. IMHO.
