It's a shame the board haven't compromised on these incentive payments. It's obviously a bone of contention with many retail shareholders and I think they've sullied their reputations and trashed a lot of goodwill by pushing it through. I do reckon it will pass though (because most shareholders are apathetic or more than happy to give mgmt whatever they ask for due to a misplaced sense of trust or loyalty)
