Slightly under a million cars are sold each year in Australia last I checked. Your top two of Hilux and Ranger combined are probably less than one percent of that total. Not a strong argument. Yes, people buy lifestyle cars, but they also buy city cars: corollas, excels, yaris's, etc, etc, etc. Two car families tend to have one of each.
