Yeah should be . Found out the hard way the rules are rubbish. Corporate world is corrupt as shit . Lost 150k on a lithium mine when the Chinese offtaker crashed the company and has been trying to buy it through the Cayman Islands . Been in firb for more than 2 years. Administrators don’t fix a company the just declare nil value to shareholders and sell to the highest bidder. Criminals. I don’t think this is the same but am drinking stronger stuff now . Don’t need a repeat. ASIC is a joke paper tiger .
