What they are worth is what the market will pay and when/if the financials come out in an announcement I'd expect less than 1.6 cents by the market.

End result today after market close is no movement in SP so market thought nothing of it

Who dreams up these announcements that appear to be recycled and re-packaged fragments of information?

What was the purpose of the timing?

Was is to prop-up the SP because of the Entitlement Offer and/or because of the Audited Financials due tomorrow?

Timing is coincidental of course!
