the level of franking has nothing to do with the size of the cash div. They could declare a div of 15c and frank to 100%, 50%, 40% etc. Companies can pay fully franked, partly franked or fully unfranked depending on size of the franking account balance at time of div announcement.
sep qtr will be huge and the quarterly sep PAYG tax instalment will be based on ordibary income for sepnqtr by tax instalment rate of 2022 tax return.
im looking forward to some large franked divs from here
