Worth remebering that the directors' job is to grow the company, and to do so requires a longer term outlook than investors who want short term trades.
If it comes down to looking after short term & day traders all the time where would any company end up?
Sure, the delay is long and frustrating, but I trust that the decisions were made in the best interests of the company, and therefore investors, rather than short term traders. If you wanted a stag profit on a short term trade and it hasn't panned out then there's no point complaining that the directors are not looking after your interests.
