Sure it is another delay.
However, it is a good announcement and hopefully this announcement ushers a new era of open communication as to status of all things previously unknown. (JE and PB knew about this since late July/early August)
Hopefully we hear more about a couple of things let slip during the change campaign. PB mentioned (in the small caps interview I think), that he was expecting a NAIF announcement to follow previous conditional $800m worth of announcements and also recently $200m form the Critical Minerals Battery fund.
I think we could easily capture $400 -600m out of NAIF.
