they have said once DFS is done there will be no problem getting the debt package for development , 2.7b from memory. we spent 85m in last 12 months so only really need that amount to get through to DFS (if it is on time).
I would hope we can get a loan for that amount , it will be high interest but at least not dilutive and puts the ball back in court of majors
maybe throw in a 50m placement to DGR at 10p for good measure
