A quick Google search suggest that 65% of shares are held by Kerogen Investments No.1 (HK) a Hong Kong company which is however owned and controlled by an investment company registered in the British Virgin Islands. I'm not sure how a company is allowed to go above 50% without a takeover offer but this is the ASX where these things just seem to happen. I'm not sure what kind of danger it may represent to AJLucas small shareholders.
