I can't afford to keep calling, my bill is huge for the month, any profit will go to Telstra. This announcement must be a few pages long with lots of details.

Pennynut, it must terrible calling the company and they tell you something and then suddenly have these expectations with you from minute to minute, then knowing it might not happen becomes more frustrating then anything!!.

Sometimes it's just better not knowing..

At least your nerves stays in tact..
