Please clarify one point for me, do you mean that you went from paying Mr Welker minimum wage when you and your partners were assuming your salary to $500 000 after the acquisition when your salary was paid by Medusa Shareholders ?
Do you think this is fair to only have an owner's mentality when it suits you and abandon it when shareholders are paying for it ?
I am genuinely interested in the future of this company and I was upset to see the new dynamic this company was on affected by this scandalous drilling contract.

It is also too easy to dismiss any criticism as paid advisors. What about all the other accounts that are here for years and also clearly see through the games of the activist shareholders, is everyone a paid advisor ?

In case you did not notice, we have activist shareholders trying to take control of our board after having been terminated by that same board to protect shareholders so of course more people have to come in and make themselves heard.

I believe the only way to solve this is for the activist shareholders and board to sit down and find solutions on amicable terms that are in the best interest of the shareholders.
