Further to my question to the current management regarding Mr Mcglinn's position as executive chairman (potentially in breach of the board charter), does x64action have an explanation as to why on May 3rd 2022 he was appointed to that role in the first place? Mr Welker was managing director at the time if im not mistaken. Did any director oppose the appointment?
Not trying to be provocative, just hoping to get answers out into the open for small shareholders like myself.
Thanks
