Jeez people get twitchy with charts.
Calm down.
It's just a normal retrace after a sharp run up. It's completely normal SP behaviour. It's got nothing to do with the fundamentals of DRE and it isn't going to last - it will turn and resume it's ascent upwards once it has cooled off. I will be buying more at those levels.
TA is what it is. It's not 'Voodoo' FFS, it's using predictable, highly repetitive patterns to assist with decision making. It's better for me to load up at 8c rather than 10 or 12, isn't it? TA, and a little patience assists with that.
My TA doesn't change the fact that I am completely bullish on DRE and the fundamentals at play. 8c would be a cosmic gift....
