And I agree with you that the large holders for the most part seem to have endorsed his behavior to a degree but if at very least more of them start paying attention to his management he will feel the heat and hopefully perform better. Or he doesn’t then they will be more motivated to do something.
But 25 Mil shares for the institutions to make a move is easily doable. There are a few different combinations in which it would only take 2 disgruntled big holders to eclipse that 5% mark to change the board. But again this is not mine nor I like to think anyone’s 1st option but he needs to understand the job he’s done the past 18 months is NOT good enough. I’m a coach by profession with experience with elite athletes so when people don’t do their jobs or don’t put their best effort forward in my world they are often replaced or kicked off the team. So naturally when I see JA not doing his part for “Our” team my first instinct is let’s bring in some competition or accountability to bring about the change we want or we push to have him kicked off the team.
@biag I also don’t blame him for walking away from delfin if it wasn’t right but if we remove that project what else has he done ALL year before returning back to Berinka a few weeks ago. I think that quite an indictment on his management and work ethic. Just saying
