    GRV seeking to raise $2.4M with $30K offer means only 80 subscriptions are required

    i decided to buy on market

    on 26 APRIL 2021, GRV announced $3M placement to "one institutional investor" at 20 cents per share, which equaled 15,000,000 shares therefore difficult to work out if it was one individual entity or a number of individual entities
