You have to assume that crux is basically going nowhere while they find a new CEO. Who is going to sign up when they don't even know who they are working with.
As much as people don't like bad news, at the moment it is Occam 1 the rest 0. You can have a bazzillion barrels of oil but if the constraints are too great you still won't get a partner.
