The actual contents of the letter are inherently no longer relevant or even purposeful... to anyone. This correspondence had lapsed its period of assumed (by you) relevance before a response was even received.
Read the announcements, make informed decisions and don't let your emotions drive you off a cliff. Then maybe even you would have been able to realise, based off public information and facts that your letter lapsed its period of relevance before you posted.
