I think everyone needs to chill about the companies cash position. I will break it down:
Cash held at the end of June $3,350,000
Debtor finance facility drawn $1,800,000.
Institutional placement $1,500,000
RnD tax refund $1,000,000
Capital raise $175,000
All this works out to be $7,825,000
Likely September quarter cash burn $2,000,000
likely December quarter cash burn $1,500,000
On these numbers they will end the year with $4,325,000.
Going into next year they can draw down the rest of the debtor finance facility of $1,200,000 plus the extra $1,500,000 from the institutional placement. They are also likely to raise a few million sometime in the next few months for the entitlement shortfall.
Its of my belief they will prove this business has legs with the next two quarterly releases and see a rebound the share price.
