The flow rate in Insheim is according to Dr. Bär only 65 l/s at the moment. Insheim already has 3 drillings. The third drilling was a side track that should improbe the flowrat but did not do so. So with 6 drillings ypo can perhaps! get 130 l/s, but not more and surely not 300 l/s.
And remember the KIT: "Since existing power plants can only increase their flow rates to a limited extent due to reservoir hydraulics ..."
