The legals in both Australia and especially Germany are set to move ahead very quickly and I would hope that in a month many of the issues surrounding Berlin Pharma will be settled
Little is going to be done until Berlin Pharma is under ems's control and this does not depend on the DS court case
I think 3 months will see a very different EMS and as soon as the decks are cleared the insto's will come knocking
