While I am not in any way an expert I would have thought that any changes to increase throughput now not only reflect on the quality of the basic design but could have been put off until Red had some free cash flow. This is $60M of cheap shares that will be sold into any subsequent sp increase and will therefore be a dampener for some time. It is not "only $60M". Yes "working capital" looks like the driver but for a mine that uses contractors for everything a pruning of the mutltiplicity of "managers" would not go astray. Maybe MW could take up some of the burden,. We should move HQ building out to a cheaper less pleasant place too. Far too much waste here in my view
