lol - the true value of this thing is now being shown. Great exit liquidity for management. Not so great for the retail holders who bought all the way down from 50c.
How much voting power does management and large holders have. Can they just make this happen with or without retail?
Better to just get something than to go unlisted and possibly never get relisted or liquidity to sell in the future.
If you are a big holder this is your chance to get the exit liquidity as there is next to zero on market bid depth.
