I noticed that too. There may be some hidden/undisclosed sell orders on the screen. I have on occasion seen Chi-x orders which have somehow not been removed on the opening/closing screen. Alternatively it could be a delay and a buy or sell order has been added /removed but the screen has not updated properly. This usually sorts itself out within a few minutes.
