it's more the timing of the purchase as opposed to the size (though larger parcel would have been nice)
Directors have very defined periods of time whereby they can purchase shares on market, and not be seen to be insider trading, i.e. the market is fully informed.
Meehan looks like he bought on the open today....first opportunity after yesterday's after-market announcement.
Look at the last paragraph of that announcement... "As we gain further recognition amongst leading building and property development companies the company expects to see our pipeline of opportunities to grow substantially. We are already seeing this occurring, recently securing a range of contracts to supply our Embedded Networks System to leading property developers and will update the market shortly regarding those projects we are currently pursuing, Mr. Kiddle added.
So now the market is fully informed that projects are being pursued and we should expect news shortly....Meehan now purchases his shares.....all above board.
