I have been asking the Management to disclose cash balance at quarter ends. So that we could judge the health of the Company.
I received a flat "NO".
I am not sure whether the CFO is too lazy or incompetent just to have the figure published.
Although cash balance is not an item in the minimum disclosure, it doesn't mean the Management can't disclose it.
