I may be wrong but I think the share price declined last month following the sale of 1M+ shares by the CEO who sold to fund a tax debt pertaining to the vesting of shares relating to long term incentives issued to him. I seem to remember the same thing happened when the CEO of Senex Energy sold some shares for the same reason. Surely this is just a temporary blip?
