IQ have said.... SYA & PLL have up to 2027 for a refinery to be in action.
PLL have said... they will apply by IQ timelines and have studies done over the next few years... until a decision then has to be made.
SYA have said... they can not go ahead with a JV refinery at NAL without PLL approval.
The announcement today postpones SYA's planned 2022 "Permitting & Construction" of NAL Refinery... as per PLL said would happen.
It just couldn't be any clearer.
BTW.. I hope the SP goes to $1.
Doesn't matter what I say or you... it's what the institutions believe... & they find out the truth...
