How about any of you guys that can't put two & two together answer me this...
Why the Flying Duck is SYA not proceeding with "Permitting & Construction" of the Refinery at NAL in Q4 2022 as they Announced to all SH's that would happen this year..?
P.S. - In no way is a PFS next year better that Permitting & building the refinery NOW.
