This is exit liquidity for Karl and Peter - they will make it happen. 7c 8c whatever - it's the ability for them to exit with their large ownership position that would be what they care about.
haven't checked but I'd be looking at the Top 20 and seeing how many parties need to be convinced to get this over the line.
