I was recently recommended this stock by a very savvy investor friend, I like what I see, and I am a contrarian investor, but I am stumped as to the drop in value from the capital raise. I have looked back over the various announcments and I just cannot find any logical reason for the drop in value, could someone who has followed IPD for sometime enlighten me, so I can make a more informed decision.
