Agreed, investors need to know a clearer picture of what they are doing with the capital - why are they holding on to it? is it going to deployed in a aggressive marketing campaign in the USA or India, do they need to build a warehouse/distribution centre in India/USA? If they dont have a positive use that will grow shareholder value, then return it to shareholders through a buyback or dividend or both.
I believe in the management team based on the results they have delivered over the last 4 years but they really have to start promoting the company to the Aussie investing community. they are so unknown and the SP reflects it.
