Diversity of extensive client listing in many sectors creates a buffer for single client collapse being reflected on HTG.
Im in the construction game with muliple tier 1 builders on my list but when the iron crash happens it was my extensive Level 2 and 3 clients that kept the momentum moving forward.
I recently had my big client for past 10 years go into receivership. It caused a 1 month blip.
theres a lot to servicing the little guy the same way as the big guy. Network and loyalty creation is Gold in buisness.
