I can't see any takeover being approved by share holders. A bid will be a nice vote of confidence just like the Wah Nam buy up has been. But most current holders already recognise that the value of this company is not well reflected in the current share price even after the recent run.
This will be a difficult company to take over but I wouldn't be surprised to see another 19.9% stakeholder appear this year.
