Remembering at the time of the FDL(FMS) run,FMS had over 2 billion shares on issue and no cash whatsover and really only the one tenement...which noone even knew they had but HAW have numerous projects and the highly prospective Mt Bevan(which JMS want dearly in their portfolio)..
HAW directors are very much aware of this..Hence the active drilling program this quarter to add far more value to Mt Bevan before they commit to a merger IMO
