Correct me if I'm wrong but, TSC are getting 20% of potential future billions of $ worth of earnings for doing nothing?
Considering Rio have the funds and expertise for the drilling and likely any future production I would imagine they'd be entitled to a pretty large portion of the pie.
Not defending the old board but seems like a good deal to me..
