Yes KP as Deb says anyone is eligible to get the Dividend up until they state or pay. That is why SP will drop accordingly the following day. It requires shareholders approval so we will all be well aware of details beforehand. I believe you like me would rather they used money in mother company accretive areas than special dividends. Shortsighted stupid thing to do in my opinion. I know many holders on this forum are all for it though. They aren’t the real indebted longer term holders. That is unless they averaged down.
